Add a Privacy Policy Change Broadcasting for a Trustworthy Privacy Policy

Privacy policies suffer from a lack of state, as a result, they are not useful for informing people if privacy has change or not. This means that people can potentially be exposed to invisible risks.

To address this critical challenge the OPN network is use to monitor for changes to a privacy policy and a privacy policy broadcast icon can be used to indicate if changes have occurred.

A privacy profile ledger contented within the profile is used to annotate changes to a privacy policy, broadcasting if privacy is as expected or not with a green, yellow or red icon. The broadcasting icon is used to provide privacy rights receipts, which are in turn used to automate the use of rights and provide updates on what has changed.
