OpenConsent privacy risk assessment for the EU Guidelines on processing of personal data through video devices.

This assessment is a White Hat Privacy assessment, which means it is research on actual practices and behaviour for the purpose of innovation not for the purpose of compliance. We aim to research whether regulatory guidelines are sufficient, effective, practical and useful as well as to understand the impact and application of these guidelines.

By participating in this survey, you have the option to receive a summary of results. We intend to benchmark current practice against the latest video surveillance guidance.

This information is being used to comment to the European Data Protection Board which requires feedback by Sept 9th.
